Awardia

Terms of use

Last updated 4 October 2026. By using Awardia (the website, the MCP server at /mcp or any other endpoint) you agree to these terms.

What Awardia is

Awardia gives access to public procurement records: calls for tender, contract awards, bidders and prices, taken from official open data sources (TED, Portal BASE and Diário da República). Awardia does not create these records; it collects, links and summarises them.

Accuracy

Data is provided as is, without any warranty. Official sources can contain errors, and our matching and summaries (for example price ranges, win rates or "most frequent rivals") are estimates from past records. Always confirm details on the official notice before bidding or making any decision.

Nothing Awardia returns is legal, financial or bidding advice, and nothing it returns is evidence that any company or public body acted improperly. A pattern in the data, such as repeated direct awards, has many lawful explanations.

Acceptable use

You may use Awardia to find tenders, prepare your own bids and study public markets. You must not use it, or let an AI agent use it on your behalf, to:

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

Data sources and reuse

Contains data from TED, © European Union, reused under the Commission's reuse policy, and from Portal BASE (IMPIC, I.P.), published as open data on dados.gov.pt. When you republish facts obtained through Awardia, credit the original source.

Privacy

For each call we record the tool, its parameters, the app name and an anonymous code derived from the caller's IP address and the current month (one-way, not reversible). No accounts, no cookies, no tracking. Usage records are used to run the service, enforce limits and spot abuse.

Availability and liability

Awardia is offered as a free beta and may change, pause or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its data.

Changes
